COMET P/2019 A8 (PANSTARRS)
Y. Ramanjooloo (F51, Jan. 11) reported that this object showed a ~10" tail
in P.A. ~285, with a 2".6 FWHM (compared to 1".2 to 1".4 for nearby stars).
R. Weryk and R. Wainsocat (568, Jan. 12) reported a ~8" tail to the west, with
a 1".3 FWHM (compared to 0".72 +/- 0".05 for nearby stars). Weryk and
Wainscoat (568, Jan. 14) described a 1".4 FWHM (compared to 1".00 +/- 0".06)
and a 14" tail in P.A. 280. R. A. Mastaler (291, Jan. 24) reported a diffuse
coma with a tail of indeterminant length in P.A. ~275.
